Improvement Requests

Prepare Request proposal

For following three types of requirements from customers or market demand, such as new function requirements, existing function enhancements and product defects, their related requirement or issue details will be prepared and clarified for further internal assessment process of product development.

Assess Feasibility / Identify Problem

For every product related request, we will conduct the identification of requirement and issue, and evaluate the technical feasibility to further propose the solution for product modification and to plan their related development resource requirement.

Propse product version or release

Perform standardized assessment of product demand and market policy proposals, etc., and confirm the expected version plan of new function release.

Plan development schedule

For following three types of requirements from different proposal channels, such as new function requirements, existing function enhancements and product defects, their related requirement or issue details will be prepared and clarified for further internal assessment process of product development.

Perform the proposed function enhancement

Through internal task management system, the related job of proposed function enhancement will be dispatched and started to implement required development tasks, including program modification, unit testing, product maintenance log management, standard product QC testing and so on.

Process version release

Organize all release items of the specific version,undertake the product packaging of the internal test version, and synchronize updates to relevant internal testing systems.

Confirm final quality

The overall output of the proposed function enhancement will be verified and confirmed by the request initiator, product modular owner and product manager specifically to ensure its quality.

Close the enhancement request

Complete and close the product request implementation cycle, and continue to arrange and coordinate customers for upgrade services of new product version.
