DoubleGreen Creative Team

Our Family Map

Unlike the traditional top-down structure of most IT software companies, DoubleGreen is built upon five core values: Quality, Passion, Professionalism, Creativity, and Technology. Our professional service team is a collaboration of experts across various fields, including development, consulting, product management, customer service, and marketing. In an open, transparent and flat working environment, everyone’s work is focused but not limited to specific functions, creating a unique interconnected look for the DoubleGreen creative team.

Product Consulting Team

The product consultant team will be given different positioning according to the customer service stage.Throughout various projects, we work closely with renowned enterprises across different industries. This hands-on collaboration allows our consultants to experience diverse corporate cultures, learn industry-specific management practices, and broaden their personal professional perspectives through real-world project work.

Implementation consultants act as dedicated coaches during the system implementation phase. With the professional introduction method and system experience developed by DoubleGreen for many years, in the process of converting the old and new systems, the consultant not only controls the project execution and plans education and training, but more importantly, when customers encounter problems, they can calmly analyze, dig out the real cause of the problem, provide solutions, and accompany customers on the road of system introduction to make it smoother.

When the system is officially launched, customer service will be handed over to the maintenance consultant, who will provide careful assistance to solve the difficult and complicated problems of customer system operation. The consultant also keeps an eye on the latest HR trends and information at any time, serving as a strong backing for the customer's HR department.

In addition to directly facing customers, the indispensable product quality management and product resource provision behind the service rely on the full support of the quality management personnel of the support group. From product manual writing, case scenario design, and function testing, we strictly follow the standards and implement them in order to deliver more professional and stable system services to customers.

Product Development Team

For our product development team, the top priority is to create the most advanced and high-quality services. The number of users served by our HR system is no less than that of large e-commerce platforms. The backend architecture, logic, functions, and information security must be foolproof, and the front-end UI/UX must also provide a good user experience.

Beyond development and maintenance tasks, our engineers also have opportunities to collaborate with members from various departments, enriching their professional growth with new perspectives. For example, by engaging with product consultants who serve as customer liaisons, they can hear real-world stories about how their solutions are being applied in businesses and receive direct user feedback. These interactions and cross-functional communications help ensure more comprehensive thinking during development and support the team’s future use of new technologies to build even better products.

In addition, unlike the general HR system development that adopts the form of a project team, our development team is organized according to the product development direction. Because the value of the technical team is not just to follow orders to write functional programs, the team engineers not only have the space to display their expertise and ideas in the process of productizing different modules, but also learn different design thinking or development skills. The flat organization makes the development team like a team fighting monsters and breaking levels together when solving problems. Everyone discusses and works together for a better system. Breaking through the stereotype that general developers work alone, we encourage team communication, turn around and ask questions when encountering difficulties, and everyone helps each other and learns from each other. This is the DoubleGreen product development team!

Product Management Team

The Product Management Team serves as the indispensable guardian of our products. Before any product feature is delivered to a client, it must undergo product quality management inspection and product deployment adjustments, relying on the comprehensive support of the Product Management Team. Once a product feature has been developed, it must pass through various layers of rigorous testing to meet the DoubleGreen's self-imposed high-quality standards.

The Product Management Team then performs the final adjustments and packaging, adapting to each client's unique software and hardware environment to ensure the product operates securely and flawlessly in the client's designated setting, completing the last mile of product delivery to the client's hands. Furthermore, proactively anticipating potential issues clients might encounter during use, relaying these to other teams for reference, and utilizing various documents, videos, or tools to assist clients in more smoothly utilizing diverse product features, are all tasks of the Product Management Team.

Among these, the most indispensable are the bold yet meticulous, principled, and highly responsible members of the Product Management Team. They know what they know, and acknowledge what they don't know, clearly understanding that their doubts about the product are likely to be future client doubts. They do not let any question or detail slip through their hands, meticulously ensuring the perfect product is packaged and deployed at the client's end.

Business Customer Service Team

For the Business Customer Service Team, information systems are an indispensable and crucial management backbone for a company's sustainable development. Therefore, the vision of our business consultants looks towards the future, hoping to make a significant impact with this philosophy and bring positive influence to others. They actively contemplate how to convey and illustrate the successful scenarios that human resource systems can bring to clients, serving as brand and product ambassadors.

Because of this, our Business Customer Service Consultants transcend the conventional perception that business equals sales figures. Regardless of the internal role they encounter within a client company, they are keen to listen to everything from daily work bottlenecks to aspirations for the company's future development blueprint. The Business Team's self-positioning is that of a client's consultant, helper, confidant, and friend, and more importantly, someone capable of solving problems. Driven by a genuine passion for people, they proactively act with empathy to do what benefits the client.

While every interaction between business and client is unique, there may not be a one-size-fits-all standard script or solution. However, business consultants maintain a high degree of curiosity and sensitivity, eager to collect diverse corporate insider stories. They accumulate professional knowledge and experience from various client projects they participate in, then analyze and integrate commonalities, allowing themselves to inject different perspectives into their consulting work from these experiences with professionals in various fields.

Marketing and Planning Team

As the brand's makeup artists, the Marketing and Planning Team's greatest ambition is to forge a distinctive brand image for DoubleGreen, making it visible to more people in the market. To achieve this goal, the planners and visual designers within the team must rack their brains to ensure every point of contact with the client delivers a better experience and fosters greater client engagement. As everyone's daily lives are inseparable from screens of all sizes, beyond the richness of online digital content, the marketing team must also remember the warmth and emotional impact of physical interactions. Therefore, everything from website design, community management, and product packaging, to event planning and office environment decoration, serves as a stage for marketing to unleash its creativity.

Moreover, in an open-plan office environment, interactions and shared moments with different team members, as well as market trends and information, can all become sources of inspiration. The marketing team draws parallels and transforms these into engaging topics for interaction with potential clients. As providers of professional information services, the marketing team must keep pace with product evolution and the ever-changing market. This requires maintaining a constant passion for learning new skills. When marketing work is not limited by departmental functions, both planners and visual designers can find space for professional growth and the joy of creation through every concept attempt, formation, and user interaction.
